Morning Announcements - May 19, 2022

Morning Announcements:

Girls in grades 2-7 are invited to attend the Lincolnview Youth Softball Camp held at Lincolnview June 6-8. Fliers can be picked up in the elementary or high school office.

Northwest State students need to return to Mrs. Leeth your college textbooks as soon as possible, or you will be charged for the book if not returned.

Student – please be sure you have returned all of your library books and paid your library fines. All books were due on Monday, May 16th.

Morning Announcements:

We are looking for summer help do clean up, ground work  and some small maintenance jobs.  Looking for up to three individuals.   Hours will be 7:30- 3:30  Monday –Friday.   If interested see Jason Maples or print off  app on the school website and turn them in to Jason or district office.

Anyone that signed up for competition cheer please meet Mrs. Hammons outside the band/choir doors at your Lancer time.

Students interested in participating in theatre for next year's high school play or musical production need to attend the theatre meeting to be held during Lancer Time at 10:48 in the Lecture Hall on Tuesday, May 17.  Eight grade students should come to the Lecture Hall during the junior high Lancer Time at 10:21.   If you are unable to attend the meeting, please see Mrs. Korte or Mr. Kraner to sign up for next year's theatre program.

Attention Seniors: Graduation practice will be held on Friday May 20th at 10:00 am attendance is required for you to walk at graduation.

Seniors –  Turn-In your Chromebook and Charger to Mr. Miglin’s office as soon as you no longer need them for exams.

Wendy’s is hiring anyone 16 years and older, days, nights and weekends. $12.00 an hour for Monday thru Friday and $13.00 on the weekends. If interested, txt to pigtails@25000

Attention girls 8th grade through junior in HS. There will be a golf meeting on Friday, May 13th during HS LT (8th grade will meet at 10:30).

Tryouts for the Musical The Little Mermaid ( by Van Wert Civic Threatre) will be held May 15th and 16th from 8 to 9 pm at the Civic Theater in Van Wert; practice will be Monday through Thursday nights 6:30 to 8:30 and performance dates are June 23, 24, 25 and 26; there will also be openings for lighting and sound crew as well as acting and singing.

Any HS student interested in Select Ensemble for next year, please see Mrs. Korte by Friday, May 13.

Today is the last day to purchase a 2022 junior high/high school yearbook. The cost is $45 and can be ordered at yearbookodercenter.com or by turning money in to Mrs. Ringwald.
